We loved the spacious and cozy rooms, with plenty of space for everyone. The owners were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to use their oven for a quick pizza. The shower was great and we enjoyed sitting out on the secluded balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities and facilities were superb, and the location was perfect with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.
Felt great, nothing to complain about.

Took my parents for their anniversary and I'm glad I didn't regret the choice. I personally loved the kitchen, It had everything you needed even away from home. It may not be ultra modern but it's cozy enough to be a home away from home. All the amenities and facilities were really superb. Another plus point is that it's a 2 min walk from the supermarket. That solves most of the queries. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Wonderful size room and a king size bed, very clean with everything anyone could ask for. After spending a month touring all over New Zealand this was by far the best motel we stayed at.

The beds were comfortable and fresh linen was provided every day. The motel was conveniently located close to the beach and supermarket for food shopping. The staff were friendly and recommended some great local activities to enjoy.
The room was not very clean and needed some additional attention. the television did not have popular channels and there was no access to laundry services.

We stayed at a hotel located close to a stunning beach where we could take a short walk to town or make use of the nearby gas station and supermarket. the room was spacious and clean, with kitchen facilities and a quiet fridge. the friendly staff offered towels for the beach and were happy to assist with excursion bookings.
The hotel lacked some advertised amenities, such as the dirty spa tub, and the owners seemed suspicious of our intentions, making us feel uncomfortable at times.

The value for money at this motel was great and the room itself was top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The staff treated us with genuine warmth and friendliness throughout our stay.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety or options.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the location, which was very close to the beach, and the friendly staff who gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the surrounding area of the Bay of Islands, including transportation options to Urupukapuka island and Russell. Cleanliness was also impressive and parking was easy.

The decoration at the hotel was lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like me. I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel, making it easy to relax and socialize.
It would have been even better if there were more handrails or grab bars in the hallways and bathrooms. This would provide additional support and ensure a safer vacation for senior people.

Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The lady in the office was good for a yarn. Room was a good size with great facilities.- Excellent location, short walk to Waitangi was very convenient for the festival we went to. Right by a gas station, supermarket, and the beach.
Extractor fans in the bathroom did not run independently, so you could not just have the lights on without the fans running. We were under the impression we could have a water view apartment, but our accommodation did not have a water/sea view.
